In Reading this week we will be focusing on Poetry Alive. Students should have their poems memorized and some of their performances planned out by the end of the week. For homework they should be completing their first reading project on a free reading book. Either a journal with a minimum of 5 entries, or an approach paper with an extra quote.
In LA we will begin the oral argument portion of the persuasive essays. At the same time students will be working on the rough draft of their free writes and completing the grammar work sheet for Thursday.
