We have reached the midway point for term one. Here is what you'll be doing this week:
In LA all rewrites are due Tuesday. The final of the capital punishment essay is due Friday. This will be the first essay for the second half of the term. On Friday you'll have a spelling quiz along with a double quiz in grammar, covering adjectives and adverbs.
In Reading your approach paper is due today and you will take a two period reading skill test on Tuesday. The second half of the term will deal with the genre of speculative fiction. See video clip to the right for one type of speculative fiction.
